Bister Original is a water-based dark brown patina that gives a stunning sepia finish on any artwork. You can create incredible crackle effects using Bister with Powertex Ivory or any other light colour in the range. As it reactivates with water it is essential to fix Bister with a finishing varnish such as Easy Varnish.
