POWERTEX AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Powertex Australia. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are usually processed within 2 business days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.
3. Shipment Locations
Postage within Australia.
Powertex Australia does not ship internationally at this time. If you are an International customer and would like to order goods you can send an enquiry to: email@example.com
Shipping options are available at checkout. Orders are usually shipped with Sendle or in
Australia Post satchels. Tracking is available for most orders within Australia.
4.1. Postage within Australia:
(a) 500g-1kg: $10 (3-10 days) or $15 Express Post *small packages only, excludes bulky items
(b) UP to 5kg: $15 (3-10 days) or $25 Express Post
(c) For heavier orders (over 5kg) postage is a flat rate of $25 within Australia (7-10
days). There is no Express Delivery option for heavy orders. If Express Delivery is required, the order will be quoted on a ‘per order’ basis. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with a freight quote for freight on the order. You will then have the choice to accept and pay for the freight or cancel the order.
4.2. Mylar (only) Orders
(a) Up to 15 sheets (folded A4 Letter): $5 (3-10 days) or $10 Express Post
(b) 15-30 sheets (folded A4 Letter): $10 (3-10 days) or $15 Express Post
(c) 30+ sheets (folded in half) Express Post: $25
*For postage within Australia. Mylar may be purchased for International Shipment and shipping will be quoted for on a ‘per order’ basis.
4.3. Oversized or bulky items
Oversize items will be quoted for on a ‘per order’ basis.
5. Delivery Estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
(a) Express Shipping The order will arrive within 1-3 business days. (b) Standard Shipping The order will arrive within 3-10 business days.
5.1. Please note:
(a) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(b) Due to items temporarily out of stock, packages to and from our facility in Western Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
(c) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
(d) In-store pickup is by appointment. Please call or text 0467544533 to arrange a time.

7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Powertex Australia politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.
